The handle of a manual pallet jack is the core control component of the manual pallet jack. It is usually about 1 meter long, with anti-slip patterns on the surface for easy gripping, and is equipped with three gear switches: lift, lower, and neutral. Cooperating with the hydraulic system based on the lever principle, pressing down the handle (in the lift gear) can raise the forks; shifting to the lower gear and holding it can lower the forks; and when in neutral, it is convenient to push the pallet jack for movement. It is a key operating part for controlling the lifting and moving of the pallet jack.

1. Structure and Principle
 The handle of a manual pallet jack is usually about 1 meter long and designed based on the lever principle. Its surface is provided with anti-slip patterns for easy gripping by operators. There are generally three gear control switches on the handle, namely the lift gear, lower gear and neutral gear. The movement of the hydraulic cylinder is adjusted by controlling the flow of hydraulic oil, thereby realizing the lifting and lowering of the forks.
 2. Installation Method

Gently pull out the cotter pin at the handle connection of the pallet jack, and take out the through pin at the connection.
Install the handle at the interface, then reinstall the cotter pin and slightly bend one side of the cotter pin upward to prevent it from falling off.

 3. Operation Method

Shift the handle to the lower gear and press the handle up and down to lift the forks.After the goods are lifted to a proper height, shift to the neutral gear, and then the pallet jack can be pulled for transportation.When eaching the designated position, keep shifting the handle upward without releasing it; the forks will lower until the goods land stably, and then shift back to the neutral gear.
