1. Core Connection: Linking the Main Body to Key Components
 As an "intermediate bridge," one end of the upper link plate is fixed to the manual pallet jack's main frame (e.g., crossbeam, hydraulic pump station housing) via bolts or pivot pins, while the other end connects to the pallet jack's wheel frame (especially the steering wheel frame) or lifting link assembly. It integrates scattered components into a stable force-bearing unit, preventing misalignment or loosening of parts during handling and lifting operations.

2. Force Transmission: Conveying Operating Force and Load Pressure

Transmitting Steering Force: When the operator pushes the handle to control steering, the force generated by the steering movement is transmitted to the steering wheel frame through the upper link plate, driving the steering wheels to turn. This ensures the pallet jack moves in the intended direction and reduces force loss during steering.
Bearing Cargo Pressure: After the weight of the cargo is transmitted to the main frame via the forks and lifting cylinder, part of the pressure is shared by the upper link plate and transferred to the wheel frame, then acting on the ground through the wheels. This prevents local components from being damaged due to concentrated stress.
